Rick Scott Supports A National Abortion Ban And The Dangerous Six-Week Ban In Florida As Well As Criminalizing Health Care Providers

Miami, FL – Today, NARAL joined dozens of organizations and countless leaders across Florida in endorsing Debbie Mucarsel-Powell for U.S. Senate.

“The right to have access to abortion is on the ballot this November, and I could not be prouder to have Reproductive Freedom For All by my side in this fight,” said U.S. Senate Candidate Debbie Mucarsel-Powell. “Despite the fact that an overwhelming majority of Floridians support protecting access to abortion, Rick Scott has pushed for a national abortion ban. Together, we are ready to hold Scott accountable for putting women’s lives at risk and threatening to criminalize health care providers.
